The Kamehameha (かめはめ波 Kamehameha) is a technique used by most of the Dragon Ball fighters.

Information[]

The Kamehameha is probably the most famous attack and one of the strongest attacks of the Dragon Ball universe. Once it was invented by Master Roshi, it was the first strong attack that Goku learned during his young years. Later Goku taught the attack to Gohan and Uub. Roshi also taught the attack to Krillin and Yamcha, also Tien learned it, moreover it appropriated. Gradually the Kamehameha always been improved and strengthened it and developed even new forms and variants. Every type of Kamehameha was needed in at least one battle. However, the normal Kamehameha remains the attack that is always found in almost all battles of the characters which control it.

Super Kamehameha[]

A more powerful variation of the Kamehameha.

Instant Kamehameha[]

A Super Kamehameha released at point-blank range, after using the Instant Transmission as a feint before closing the gap between them. Also known as Warp Kamehameha or Instant Transmission Kamehameha.

Father-Son Kamehameha[]

In Dragon Ball Z, Gohan uses a Father-Son Kamehameha, with assistance from the spirit of his father, Goku.

In Dragon Ball Budokai AF, Matt uses a Father-Son Kamehameha too, with assistance from the spirit of his deceased father. This is where someone who is dead assists someone alive with a Kamehameha.

Kamehameha X10[]

The name given to the amplified, red-colored Super Kamehameha used by Goku while in his Super Saiyan 4 form. Along with its astounding destructive power, the attack has a delayed effect if the initial blast should fail, wherein the target will be blasted by residual effects left over by the beam. While not as overwhelming as the initial blast, the after-effect can catch foes off guard. In Dragon Ball Budokai AF, Super Saiyan 5 Goku uses it.

Big Bang Kamehameha[]

A combination of Vegeta's Big Bang Attack and Goku's Super Kamehameha. Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta used it to try and finish off Omega Shenron in Dragon Ball GT.

Big Bang Kamehameha X100[]

A full-powered version of the Big Bang Kamehameha introduced in video games as Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta's ultimate attack. In Dragon Ball Budokai AF, Super Saiyan 5 Gogeta uses the Big Bang Kamehameha X100 to finish Zeel once and for all.
